Bluefin/yellowfin tuna, imported catfish/shrimp/king crab, American eel, orange roughy, Chilean sea bass, Atlantic salmon, red snapper, and wild caviar could not be eaten because of sustainability, PCB, and mercury concerns

"A number of yellowfin populations are overfished now, so only pole-caught fish are considered a good choice for sustainability. Mercury is a concern for those caught by longline."
