Banks / finance could have diversity in retention / be easier for working parents

Finally, I think you want diversity, but you also want diversity of thought...Goldman can create opportunities where people can work and still be productive, but not just be so strung out. After market close, you can get home. You don’t have to do the face time till seven o’clock at night. You can work from home every once in a while."
