Judicial systems could be reformed by better case management technology

"Disorganized files and outdated systems hindered the Haitian judiciary’s ability to effectively manage cases, resolve conflicts, and curb corruption. To better manage case data and restore public confidence in the judicial system, the Haitian government worked with the USAID Justice Sector Strengthening Program and Chemonics to form the Case Management Information System (CMIS)."
