Different parts of cities and homes could receive help to be decorated for the holidays

"Last winter season, M3 brought spirit and cheer to the historic Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. From 51st to 115th we decorated 475 poles and 250 homes with holiday lights, bows, ribbons, garland, and ornaments! That’s 8 miles. This winter season, we’re going bigger! We will be lighting up 500 homes and over 500 street poles from 35th to 115th St., that’s 12 miles!"
