We need to require new pet owners to get their pets spayed or neutered

I don’t care if people think it’s cruel. If they can’t afford it, then they can use a payment plan. There are too many stray cats, some just kittens, that are a result of feral cats breeding. A law requiring this would bring down counts of stray cats and hopefully allow us to give homes to almost all of these pets.

Low Data/Speed streaming of Sport Events

I would better be able to explain using an example say soccer.Cameras in soccer matches are used to collect precise location of ball,players,and reffere. These are sent to a computer online (This shall require low data) The computer already contains saved graphical data for players,pitch and so on (Such databases alreaddy present in Fifa/PES games).The data is used by the computer to give a real-time simulation of match.This shall give higher quality streaming at slow internet connections

The healthy eating initiative could include funding for lunch accounts

In many schools across the country, if a child doesn't have enough money in their account to purchase their lunch, or if they are too far behind, the schools will make them put the lunch back or throw it away. The child ends up embarrassed and doesn't get to eat. It isn't right to punish the child for either a parents forgetfulness to fill the account or the parents inability to provide funds.

Your sitting on the couch comfortable then you have to lean over and type something on your keyboard. What if instead of having to lean over, you could bring the mouse below the bottom of the screen and it would jump to the keyboard. As you move the mouse around below the keyboard the key that the mouse is on would light up, and if you left click it would type that key. Arguably you could use an onscreen keyboard, but that obscures the screen and gets in the way. This idea would make it so that your screen is not obscured, plus the keyboard is in a place that you are familiar with (this Idea would be best suited for laptops).

Staying alive during a traffic stop.

In the US, it has happened too many times.
Police officers are nervous during traffic stops.
This is because of the huge number of guns.
The police officer stops you and asks for papers.
You go to your back pocket or in the glove box.
The officer thinks that you are picking up a gun...
And he shoots you. You are dead.
The last dead victim was Philandro Castille.
The solution is so simple and obvious:
A small flat holder for the license & car papers.
When you do not drive: It fits in your wallet.
When you drive, you hook it to the sun visor.
When you go for your papers, your hands go up.
Your hands stay visible all the time.
The police officer is not scared and feels safe.
He does not shoot you. Happy Ending.
The key of the idea is to keep your hands visible.
There are several possible implementations:
The holder can be Velcro or Magnetic.
It can even be a simple CD organizer.
The car papers can stay up with the CDs.
All you need in the flat holder is the license.
So stay safe and do not get shot.
