Kaiser Permanente could improve its IVF and infertility services

They have limited doctors which means long wait times for IVF, only one office in Fremont which means an hour long drive there and back for multiple appointments which wastes time and is nearly impossible if you are working, poor guidance regarding how to use medication, and difficulty in being able to reach nurses (have to call and then wait for them to call you back). For those struggling with infertility, the availability and ability to access services suck! The doctors and nurses are all nice, but they need to improve their operations and hire more personnel/create more locations for people.
