Trunk-or-treating could happen on Halloween

"Over the past few years, though, a trend has bubbled up in cities nationwide...It's called Trunk-or-Treating, and the premise is simple: A bunch of parents band together (typically in a school or church parking lot), deck out their trunks with Halloween decorations like they're starring in an episode of Pimp My Ride: Spooktacular Edition, and let their kids meander from car to car, collecting candy at each stop."
