The healthy eating initiative could include funding for lunch accounts

In many schools across the country, if a child doesn't have enough money in their account to purchase their lunch, or if they are too far behind, the schools will make them put the lunch back or throw it away. The child ends up embarrassed and doesn't get to eat. It isn't right to punish the child for either a parents forgetfulness to fill the account or the parents inability to provide funds.
