Intellectual property on technology / semiconductors could be protected more

"The theft of Micron's technology through lower level employees is just one way China is stealing semiconductor technology. This tactic is clearly illegal and a back door way to acquire technology. Many companies are unfortunately readily handing over technology to China. Companies like Samsung, Hynix and Intel have NAND flash factories in China."
