Meditation could use tapping

"Tapping meditation is a form of meditation which involves tapping specific points on the body, focusing on the head and the face, in a sequence. It is referred to has Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), which is often referred to as an alternative therapy for anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and other conditions. This form of meditation involves the body’s energy meridian points, like acupuncture and acupressure."
