How HR Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) could be different



Single parents could be hired

Organizations could improve gender and diversity equality / advancement / inclusion with software / data analysis

Country / private clubs could not discriminate / receive tax benefits

Reality dating / TV shows could feature older people

Models / social media influencers could be old

Women and minorities could have more access to business funding / venture capital

More women could be in trading versus sales

Influencers / celebrities / newsletters could share the mic

The working class/age/gender/race/religion/lgbtq+ could be depicted accurately in media

LGBTQ+ could be represented more / realistically in media/tv/film

Communities could be built within organizations to foster inclusion

Unconscious bias training could be used in workplaces

Toys and children / adult media could include people with disabilities

Hair could not lead to discrimination

Racial/discrimination and adverse childhood experiences (ace) trauma could be considered in education, social services, therapy, and workplaces

Underrepresented creators could be hired more in advertising / entertainment
