Women and men could not be called sexist words

Many criticize the "use of the word 'bossy' to describe assertive girls and women, proposing that the word is stigmatizing and may discourage girls and women from seeking positions of leadership."

| Abhi | IMO nobody should be bossy. A day would come no guy want to be called bossy as well. Workplace should run on mutual respect and understanding of duties and expectation. |
