Schools could have coaches that organize play during recess and after school

As shown by Playworks, college graduates could be trained and hired as coaches. This could increase physical activity as well as boost social, emotional, and academic skills for students.

Shireesh	As a former recreational soccer coach, I happen to think that there is already too much institutionalization and organization of Kid's free time. It is essential for kids to participate in un-organized sport and play also.
