Muslim access to holy sites in Israel could be ensured / publicized

Community radio could transmit useful / important / peacebuilding information

History textbooks could be written together by different countries / viewpoints

A national vote / pledge for service could be required before war

Films / books / poems depicting war reality could be used in history classes / school curriculums / for memorial days

Elders could promote peace / human rights

Grudges could be settled by fistfight before the New Year

"Community structures" could lead to mediation

Peace could be negotiated between Ukraine and Russia / for other wars

Weapon sales could not get into the wrong hands / be tracked / not occur

Psychedelic drugs (or non-lethal chemical weapons) could be used in interrogations / warfare instead of torture / weapons

Countries could be prevented from taking on crippling debt / having public financial mismanagement

A song contest could inspire unity and peace

The "overview effect" could change perspectives

Censorship could instead lead to discussion / debate / engagement

NATO expansion / backing Ukraine extremist groups / funding Ukraine military could lead to war with Russia

Troll farms / armies could be identified, removed, and/or regulated

Prison rehabilitation programs could reduce violence and crime

Warlords and genocides could be stopped through private / public alliances

Women could be involved in peacebuilding

Wars could not be fought without drafts / increases in taxes / taxes on defense contractors / small or no increase in government debt

Social media could have better content moderation / coding, particularly in developing countries

Peer mediation could create a culture of conflict resolution

School curriculums / textbooks / history classes could affect transitional justice / peacebuilding / discrimination

Bottom-up transitional justice initiatives could be as or more effective as top-down approaches

Symbolic reparations / memorialization / collective healing could be used more in transitional justice

The Balkans could have more transitional justice initiatives

Sexual war crimes could be prosecuted and survivors could have ways to heal

Community members could be trained as violence interrupters or intervention specialists

Songs of peace could decrease violence among Sudanese tribes

Different forms of religion could be taught in school

Empathy could be taught

Anti-money laundering laws and technology could negatively impact genocide, human trafficking, drug cartels, corruption, and other organized crime

Truth and reconciliation commissions could help bring about peace after internal unrest/violence/discrimination

Restorative justice could be used to help both perpetrators and victims

Cognitive Behavioral therapy could reduce crime and violence as well as improve education

Foreign teachers could teach languages and expose students to different cultures

Mentorship programs could help at-risk youth, drug addicts, homeless, ex-offenders, potential terrorists, immigrants, refugees, new employees, and students

Choirs could be open-access and drop-in

Sports could decrease international conflict between groups

Psychedelic drugs / plant-based medicine could help with mental health issues, PTSD, peacebuilding, and addiction more effectively than current psychiatric drugs

Improv courses could help with anxiety, confidence, conflict resolution, leadership, and innovation

The world could have a democratic government
