How U.S. Congress / Legislative Branch could be different



H-1B visas could replacing American workers at a lower cost

U.S. food safety legislation could be less complicated / overlapping

Hospital Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) could be monopolies / prevent fulfillment of important medical supplies or drugs

U.S. "forever war" authorizations could end

NIH scientists / employees could not receive financial royalties / perks

A national vote / pledge for service could be required before war

Airlines could not receive government bailouts

U.S. rail companies could have adequate staffing / increased safety standards / liability / shorter train length to prevent derailments
